As a “Salesforce Developer” you design, implement and develop customer requirements in TSI-Force (salesforce app at T-Systems) on complex subject areas. In a team of developers, consultants / business analysts and architects, you will adapt the software to the business requirements in the context of scrum-based work via declarative configuration and programming.

Tasks & responsibilities:  

  • Adjustment of Salesforce on the basis of user stories that describe the technical requirements
  • Use of Salesforce tools for the declarative implementation of functions
  • Extension to the Salesforce Standard with the help of APEX programming, Visualforce and other coding options.
  • Clarification of open questions about the user stories in direct dialogue with the product owner, business analysts, architects, consultants or, if necessary, professional input providers
  • Unit and system test of the implemented functions including the creation of test cases for quality assurance
  • Participation in the elimination of errors and faults as part of the DevOps activities
  • Implementation of test cases in test automation with Selenium Behave
  • System integration / API development
  • All of the above activities take place in close interaction with the other members of the Scrum team
  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field Or a Non-Computer Science Bachelor’s Degree with equivalent training in successfully completed Boot Camps or equivalent work experience
  • Advanced experience with the programmatic implementation of API Services based on REST or SOAB or the use of Mulesoft as an integration platform
  • You have proven practical experience with the Salesforce platform
  • Practical experience with requirements, understanding of process and data modeling, technical design and implementation of Salesforce applications
  • Training as a Salesforce Consultant, Administrator and Developer, ideally with relevant certifications
  • Development of front-end and back-end applications on the Salesforce platform
  • Knowledge and willingness to use modern, agile methods such as SCRUM or the design thinking approach
  • English language knowledge of efficient working level
     

Personally, you distinguish yourself through very good teamwork skills, so that you can quickly find yourself in distributed teams. Your communication skills make it easy for you to convey facts and present solutions clearly. You convince through customer-oriented appearance. The willingness to take occasional business trips rounds off your profile.
