Salesforce Developer (Experience in Quote to cash)
TLDR
Support the development and enhancement of Quote-to-Cash processes using Salesforce and Zuora, while ensuring effective collaboration with various business functions.
The Role:
As a Salesforce Developer, you will support the ongoing development, maintenance, and improvement of Quote-to-Cash processes for our internal business users. You will work on enterprise applications in this space, including Salesforce and Zuora Quotes CPQ. This role will help support day-to-day administration, enhancements, and regular updates across the current implementation.
Experience with CPQ development is important, along with familiarity with Zuora Billing or a similar subscription-based enterprise platform. To be successful in this role, the candidate should have experience building and supporting scalable solutions within CPQ-related enterprise applications, an understanding of GTM processes, and a willingness to learn across multiple domains. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to deliver results in a dynamic environment, and comfortable adapting to evolving business needs.

- Supporting and improving Quote-to-Cash processes enabled through Salesforce, including platforms such as Zuora or RCA
- Delivering assigned projects and enhancements on time by applying sound development practices, estimation, and execution
- Troubleshooting scripts, workflows, and integrations across applications
- Assessing current implementations and contributing to roadmap planning to improve existing customizations alongside new requests and feature releases
- Building strong working relationships with business partners across GTM, Finance, IT, and Legal
- Supporting testing efforts and helping develop test plans based on business requirements and solution design
- Validating that deployments impacting core systems and integrated tools such as RCA, Zuora Quotes CPQ, Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue, Avalara, Conga, and DocuSign are documented and tested prior to production release
- Documenting project requirements, system design details, milestones, deliverables, open action items, deployment details, and approvals in JIRA
- 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with experience in QTC functions.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Custom Objects, Workflow Rules, Flows, Custom Fields, Gearset, Validation Rules, and Visualforce Pages
- Experience with Zuora or Salesforce CPQ; RCA experience is a plus
- Team-oriented, customer-centric, and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and third-party solution providers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible, positive, and able to work effectively in a complex and fast-moving environment
