Job Description:
Devsinc is looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce, with proven expertise in Service Cloud and Omni-Channel implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, then design and implement technical solutions
- Build and maintain custom applications, triggers, and integrations in Salesforce
- Implement Omni-Channel features to enhance communication and improve customer experiences
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the Salesforce environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other platforms and third-party applications
- Ensure that Salesforce applications adhere to industry best practices and security protocols
- Perform system upgrades, data migration, and routine maintenance tasks
- Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed
- Stay updated on new Salesforce releases and technologies to enhance platform capabilities
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience working with Salesforce development
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Omni-Channel, Service Cloud, and related tools
- Familiarity with Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs for integrations
- Experience with declarative development tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules)
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model and best practices for customization
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and debug code efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Developer (Platform Developer I or II) Certification
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft)
- Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) for UI design
