In this role, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of Salesforce solutions for our banking clients, leveraging your technical skills to drive successful outcomes and support our mission of delivering sustained value creation to our customers and society at large.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of banking clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform system analysis, design, and development of custom Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce applications to enhance performance and user experience.
• Conduct testing and debugging of Salesforce applications and manage deployment processes.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring effective use of Salesforce tools.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce enhancements, releases, and best practices to ensure compliance and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Developer and Administrator are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration methodologies, especially in the banking domain.
• Experience with Salesforce data management, security settings, and sharing rules.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems efficiently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver projects successfully.
