Salesforce Developer/Architect

🔥We’re looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Salesforce architecture and workflows to help us customize and scale our Salesforce setup for the Commercial Design team.🔥

Salesforce has already been implemented, but it now needs fast, thoughtful customization and integration with external tools. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows what they’re doing and can take ownership from day one.

🟪 Key Responsibilities:
Design and improve Salesforce architecture

• Build and optimize Salesforce workflows (especially for tool integrations)

• Customize Salesforce to fit business needs quickly and efficiently

• Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and internal teams

• Work directly with the client to gather requirements and iterate on solutions

• Actively receive and respond to feedback

• Ensure scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions

🟪 Requirements:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer / Architect
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and workflows

• Experience with integrations is a big plus

• Very good English skills (B2+ or higher) — client-facing communication

• Ability to work independently and proactively

• Availability during flexible hours (not a strict 9–5; overlap between ~12:00–20:00 CET works well)
