Role Overview:
The Salesforce Developer will join AppZen and will be responsible for the overall design, implementation,
and support of solutions in the Salesforce.com environment. This requires the ability to develop and
support applications using Sales Cloud, Lightning Platform, APEX, Visual Force, Chatter and the
Force.com platform
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS/CIS or equivalent work
experience.
7+ years of Salesforce.com development experience. At least one large Salesforce
implementation project involving multiple releases, change management process, and/or
multi-locale deployment.
Knowledge of APEX, Visual Force, Salesforce APIs, SOAP or REST based web services, and SOQL
Experience with integrating NetSuite, Conga, Docusign with Salesforce, automation of
quote-to-cash process.
Excellent knowledge of integration design and development best practices, governor limits, code
reviews.
Experience designing test plans, performing unit testing, and writing test classes to ensure
proper code coverage.
Experience with Java, MATLAB, Python, HTML or other languages is a plus.
Platform developer certification I and II are preferred and Admin certification is a plus.
Responsibilities :
Design, implement and deploy Salesforce.com based cloud application solutions to internal
business teams within AppZen.
Gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce changes and enhancements
along with technical documentation.
Build business logic into visual workflows, focused on positive user experience.
Provide technical support to ensure that the application is effectively implemented & managed
across our Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success Groups.
Provide technical design, integration architecture, and solution recommendations.
Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflow and
approval processes.
Partner with internal teams, third party vendors to develop consistent solutions and functional
integrations.
Responsible for design and code review, and release management.
