Project Summary
We are seeking to build a Climate Solutions Toolkit, a Salesforce Experience Cloud portal that provides Kiva’s lending partners with tailored resources, insights, and tools and allows partners to connect with one another.
Business Objectives
- Launch a partner-facing Experience Cloud site to house the Climate Solutions Toolkit
- Reduce manual data processing by centralizing survey analysis and data visualization in Salesforce and Tableau
- Translate Climate Compass survey results into tailored, actionable resources
- Lay the foundation for AI-powered personalization in future phases
Success Metrics
- Percentage of partners actively using the portal
- Reduction in time from survey submission to insight generation
- Portal available in 3 languages (Spanish, English, French)
- Engagement with recommended resources (clicks, time spent)
- Partner satisfaction and qualitative feedback

Scope of Work
In-Scope (Initial Launch)
The selected consultant will be expected to support the following activities:
- Salesforce Experience Cloud site setup and configuration
- Partner authentication and access model design
- Experience Cloud UI framework and user journeys
- Translation strategy and process
- Climate Compass data integration (FormAssembly → Salesforce)
- Impact Survey object configuration
- Salesforce object setup and configuration
- Resource library implementation (case studies, tools, models, PDFs)
- Partner ecosystem mapping
- Tableau integration for insights and dashboards
- Support for pilot rollout and feedback collection
Out of Scope (for Initial Launch)
- Partner Help Center / Knowledge Base
- AI Agent for guided resource discovery
Technical & Architecture Requirements
- Salesforce Experience Cloud best practices
- Secure partner authentication and role-based access
- Scalable data model aligned with Climate Compass and Impact Survey data
- Integration with FormAssembly and Tableau
- Declarative approach where possible
- Documentation of architecture, configuration, and customizations
Project Phases & Timeline
Phase 1: Plan & Scope (February 2026)
Goal: Conduct discovery, confirm requirements, and finalize V1 scope
Key Deliverables:
- Requirements and scope document
- Experience Cloud architecture diagram
- V1 backlog and implementation plan
- List of measurable engagement metrics
- Translations in French and Spanish
Phase 2: Build & Pilot (February – April 2026)
Goal: Build the core portal and pilot with a subset of partners
Key Deliverables:
- Climate Compass response data mapped into Salesforce
- Live pilot Experience Cloud site
- Dashboard for monitoring engagement
Phase 3: Scale with AI (April – June 2026) (future phase)
Goal: Personalize the experience and scale to all partners
Potential Deliverables:
- AI-powered Climate Solutions Portal
- Personalized recommendations based on Climate Compass results
- Tableau dashboards for internal analysis
- Full partner rollout and post-launch performance review
Roles & Collaboration Model
Kiva will provide internal project leadership, product vision, content development, and partner communication. The selected consultant will be expected to:
- Lead Experience Cloud design and collaborate to plan sprints
- Advise on best practices and scalable architecture
- Support integrations and data modeling
- Collaborate closely with Kiva stakeholders throughout all phases
