TLDR

Support complex Salesforce implementations through techno-functional consulting, streamline business processes, and drive digital transformation across multiple industries.

Techno-functional consulting for Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience).
Analysis, design, and implementation of cross‑platform features and integrated systems.
Clear structuring and resolution of complex issues in collaboration with stakeholders up to C‑level.
Leading workshops, assessing technical and functional requirements, and guiding design and implementation.
Acting as a bridge between clients and development teams.
Contributing to internal initiatives such as mentoring, recruitment, business development, marketing, and pre‑sales.

Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
4+ years of experience with Salesforce Core Clouds, combining technical expertise with a passion for innovation.
Strong enthusiasm for Salesforce CRM and digital transformation, with in‑depth knowledge of configuration and automation capabilities across Core Clouds.
Fluent in business German and English, with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
Relevant industry experience in Travel & Logistics, Manufacturing, or Retail & Consumer Goods.
Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (ERP, legacy systems, etc.).
