Role: Salesforce/CloudSense Lead
Location: Singapore

We are partnering with a leading telecom client to hire a Salesforce / CloudSense Lead to drive large-scale digital transformation across CRM and Order Management platforms. You will lead the design and delivery of Salesforce and CloudSense solutions, ensuring high-quality, scalable systems that support complex enterprise sales and order journeys.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end solution delivery across the SDLC - from requirements to production.Own technical design and delivery for Salesforce and CloudSense implementations.

  • Drive product modelling, pricing, and order orchestration using CloudSense CPQ.

  • Define and enforce DevOps standards including CI/CD, automation, and testing.Partner with business, IT, and vendors to deliver enterprise-grade CRM and OM solutions.

  • Ensure system stability, performance, security, and continuous improvement.

  • Troubleshoot issues across sandbox, staging, and production environments.

  • Mentor engineers and provide strong technical leadership.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and integration.

  • Strong expertise in CloudSense CPQ (product modelling, pricing, orchestration).

  • Hands-on with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Apex, LWC, Visualforce.

  • Experience with DevOps on Salesforce (CI/CD, version control, automation).

  • Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations, and microservices.

  • Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.

  • Salesforce and/or CloudSense certifications are a strong advantage.
