Salesforce Business Analyst Sr. | Hybrid in Monterrey, open to candidates in CDMX, Saltillo, and other cities (remote)
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst Sr. with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience to join a high-impact team at Accenture. This role involves leading requirement-gathering processes, designing scalable Salesforce solutions, and bridging the gap between business and technology teams across enterprise-level implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirement-gathering workshops including JAD sessions, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping.
- Define complex user stories, business process flows, and solution design documentation.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Support integrations from a functional perspective, including understanding of APIs and middleware concepts.
- Lead UAT cycles, manage backlog prioritization, and work closely with Product Owners.
- Mentor junior Business Analysts and influence decision-making across business and IT teams.
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong hands-on knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
- Experience with Salesforce Platform App Builder and Application Design.
- Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and middleware from a functional standpoint.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
At least 2 certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (mandatory).
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst (strongly preferred).
- Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder (nice to have).
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in enterprise implementations.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (advanced level, executive communication).
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to influence business and IT decision-making at all levels.
Location & Schedule:
- Hybrid model 2-3 days per week in office for candidates based in Monterrey.
- Candidates located in other eligible cities may work fully remote.
- Work hours Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00.
- Advanced English is mandatory.
