Salesforce Architect
Rockville, MD (Hybrid / Remote options available) Full-time Position
$150k/year+ Benefits
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, align business needs with technical solutions, and ensure the integrity, security, and performance of the Salesforce platform. This role requires deep technical expertise, business acumen, and a strategic mindset to drive digital transformation and customer success.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. An advanced degree is preferred.

The Salesforce Architect shall have at least ten (10) years of experience in large-scale application integration, system planning, and in providing expert advisory services and leadership, and at least five
(5) years of experience with Salesforce platform and cloud offerings (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).

Strong experience with Salesforce platform configuration, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Flow.

Expertise in Salesforce integration tools and patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, ETL).

Deep understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and sharing rules.

Salesforce certifications such as:

**Salesforce Certified Application Architect**

**Salesforce Certified System Architect**

**Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)** *(preferred or working toward)*

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
