  • Contribute to data integration and business intelligence initiatives where relevant.
  • Ensure proposed solutions are aligned with architectural guidelines, IT standards, and application roadmaps.
  • Collaborate closely with team members, sharing knowledge and supporting during high-demand periods.

Project & Enhancement Delivery

  • Support planning and execution of system enhancements, including functional design, testing coordination, documentation, and release activities.
  • Serve as the main functional contact for external vendors to ensure accurate understanding and delivery of requirements.
  • Assist with system configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities across Salesforce and Power Platform.
  • Contribute to change management efforts, including user communication, documentation updates, and adoption support.

Application Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Provide day-to-day functional support for Salesforce and Power Platform applications.
  • Investigate issues, coordinate fixes, and implement minor enhancements.
  • Monitor application performance, data integrity, and functional stability in collaboration with IT and vendors.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation, configuration records, and operational procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance usability, automate manual tasks, and optimize existing processes.
  • Contribute to roadmap planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Build trusted relationships with business users and act as a functional advisor for commercial systems and automation topics.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and solution reviews.
  • Coordinate across business, IT, and external partners to ensure timely and aligned delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to internal governance, documentation standards, and IT/security policies.

Requirements

  • Solid experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Functional Analyst, including requirements gathering, solution design, and enhancement implementation.
  • Practical experience with Salesforce administration (configuration, user setup, troubleshooting). Certification is a plus but not required.
  • Experience translating business processes into structured functional documentation for vendor delivery.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate.

  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and solution quality.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with business users, IT teams, and external partners.
  • Team-oriented approach with willingness to support shared objectives.
  • Fluency in English; French and/or Czech is considered an advantage.
