This role goes far beyond day-to-day admin work — you will serve as the architect and steward of our revenue technology engine, ensuring Salesforce and our integrated sales & marketing platforms drive efficiency, visibility, and growth. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership to continuously improve systems, automate intelligently, and unlock data-driven decision-making across the organization.   Responsibilities: ·        Lead configuration, optimization, and end-user support of Salesforce ·        Build, maintain, and troubleshoot complex Salesforce Flows ·        Manage custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, and security settings ·        Optimize integrations across key sales tools (DocuSign, HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc.) ·        Own data integrity: imports, de-duping, cleanup, and governance ·        Establish change management best practices for testing, deployment, and documentation ·        Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions ·        Identify system inefficiencies and proactively implement improvements ·        Develop training and documentation to drive adoption   How you will be successful   ·        You think in systems and build for scale, not quick fixes ·        You move with urgency and iterate without sacrificing governance ·        You proactively recommend improvements backed by data and rationale ·        You communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams ·        You manage priorities well and raise risks early ·        You care deeply about usability, adoption, and data integrity   What experience you need:   ·        5+ years of Salesforce administration experience ·        Salesforce Certified Administrator (required) ·        Advanced Administrator certification (preferred) ·        Experience in a Professional Services environment (plus) ·        Experience supporting modern sales tech stacks ·        Familiarity with AWS ACE, AWS Marketplace, and AWS Partner Funding Portal (major plus) ·        Additional Salesforce or sales tech certifications (plus)

$85,000 – $120,000 per year
