We’re seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Salesforce Administrator to support the internal Sales Operations teams. This role focuses on maintaining data accuracy, supporting users, and executing configuration requests in Salesforce.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically proficient, and comfortable working within structured processes involving Salesforce Flows, Declarative Lookup Rollup Summaries (DLRS), Validation Rules, and Lightning Pages. You’ll work closely with the Systems Admin to ensure the Salesforce environment runs smoothly and efficiently, enabling the broader organization to make data-driven decisions and operate seamlessly.

Responsibilities

User Management

  • Create, modify, and deactivate Salesforce user accounts.
  • Manage profiles, roles, permission sets, and field-level security.

Data Management & Quality

  • Maintain data accuracy through regular audits and duplicate management.
  • Use Data Loader and Data.com for imports, exports, and mass updates.
  • Execute scheduled cleanup processes and ensure data integrity across all records.
  • Populate and refresh Salesforce sandboxes.
  • Support record-level rollups using DLRS and monitor field calculation accuracy.

Reporting & Dashboards

  • Create ad hoc reports for leadership and end users.
  • Ensure reporting alignment with standardized field definitions and naming conventions.

Salesforce Configuration & Automation

  • Configure custom fields, record types, page layouts, and Lightning Pages.
  • Build and maintain Validation Rules to enforce data integrity.
  • Create and update Salesforce Flows (record-triggered, screen, and scheduled) under Systems Admin supervision.
  • Support small-scale metadata audits and assist with technical debt cleanup.

Help Desk & User Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Salesforce-related user issues in Slack.
  • Log and track support requests, ensuring timely resolution via Jira or Slack.
  • Troubleshoot standard system and data issues before escalating to the Systems Admin.

Training & Documentation

  • Maintain and update user guides and SOP documentation.
  • Document process changes, configuration updates, and known issues.

System Health & Maintenance

  • Perform regular system health checks, reviewing automation errors, duplicate rules, and data validation logs.
  • Monitor Salesforce releases and patches, flagging potential impacts.
  • Support the Systems Admin with sandbox refreshes, testing, and deployment validation.

Integration Assistance

  • Help monitor connections with external tools (marketing, enrichment, or communication platforms.
  • Troubleshoot basic sync issues or data mismatches under supervision.
  • Document integration performance or error trends for escalation.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Experience configuring and maintaining:
  1. Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen, and Auto-Launched)
  2. DLRS (Declarative Lookup Rollup Summaries)
  3. Validation Rules
  4. Lightning Pages and Layouts
  • Familiarity with Data Loader, Reports/Dashboards, and Salesforce Sandboxes
  • Understanding of Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules, and Field-Level Security
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
  • Excellent written communication and documentation skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in a SaaS or fintech environment
  • Familiarity with Jira, Slack, and other support tracking tools
  • Understanding of GTM, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Operations workflows

Performance Expectations

  • Maintain 100% accuracy in record updates and configuration changes
  • Respond promptly to user support requests within defined SLAs
  • Execute configuration tasks only after validation and approval by the Systems Admin
