This role

As our Salesforce Administration (GTM), you will sit within the Enterprise Platforms team and play a critical role in the day-to-day management, optimisation, and evolution of the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Go-To-Market leaders, and our Data & AI teams to design and deliver functionality that supports global commercial processes.

You will partner with the Salesforce Platform Manager, Salesforce Technical Lead, Enterprise Architect, and broader Ops teams to ensure Salesforce is configured in a scalable, governed, and efficient way that aligns with GTM strategy. This role requires strong domain knowledge of the GTM lifecycle and the ability to translate commercial workflows into reliable platform capabilities.

As a Salesforce Administrator, you’ll be responsible for:

The Salesforce Administrator will support and lead new project work, maintain and enhance the Salesforce platform, and ensure all GTM-related processes are accurately reflected in the CRM. You will be involved from requirements through to design, build, testing, deployment, and adoption.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with Operations teams to capture requirements in a structured, consistent way
  • Articulating and recommending scalable solution design options
  • Collaborating with the Platform Manager and senior Enterprise Tech team members on solution design and implementation
  • Supporting QA and UAT processes for new project work
  • Deploying changes via CI/CD pipelines
  • Optimising automations for efficiency and system performance
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing user issues across Salesforce and integrated systems
  • Managing and supporting key third-party applications and integrations
  • Ensuring the platform follows best practice, aligns to GTM processes, and scales with global expansion

What you will bring:

  • 4+ years’ Salesforce Admin or consulting experience
  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) certification
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud certification
  • Experience Cloud and Platform App Builder certifications preferred
  • Strong hands-on expertise with declarative automation (Flows, validation rules, assignment rules)
  • Experience working with Salesforce-integrated applications
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, plan effectively, and deliver to deadlines
    Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, global SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of GTM processes (lead lifecycle, opportunity management, partner processes, forecasting) is highly desirable
