Salesforce Administrator (GTM)

About the Role:

You won't just "administer" Salesforce; you will lead the orchestration of Dashlane’s Revenue Engine. As the GTM Systems Architect and Salesforce System Administrator, you will focus on high-level systems strategy and the seamless integration of our Sales, Marketing, and CX ecosystems. You will own the the administration, maintenance, and evolution of Dashlane's Go-To-Market (GTM) tech stack and leverage AI agents to handle the routine maintenance, documentation, and data hygiene. Reporting to the Director, Revenue Operations, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical execution, ensuring our systems are reliable, scalable, secure and aligned with our growth strategy.

Location:

You will be based in New York, with English as your working language. At Dashlane, you will:

• System Orchestration: Design and manage AI-driven workflows that automate a majority of routine Salesforce administration (user provisioning, data cleansing, and documentation).
• Architectural Strategy: Partner with GTM leadership to translate business vision into a scalable technical roadmap. You own the "Why," while directing AI on the "How."
• Agent Management: Build and refine the system prompts and "Agentic Workflows" that monitor our tech stack (Marketo, Gong, Braze, Zendesk) for performance bottlenecks.
• High-Stakes Governance: Act as the human-in-the-loop for critical security settings, ensuring our zero-knowledge security principles are maintained across all integrations.
• Intelligence Integration: Evaluate and deploy emerging AI capabilities within the GTM stack to provide proactive insights to the Revenue team
  

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years in GTM Ops/Salesforce Admin with a proven track record of using LLMs to accelerate technical delivery
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator or App Builder; plus demonstrated proficiency in AI Prompt Engineering or No-Code
• Automation (Zapier/Make/Workato).
• Cognitive Agility: Ability to "think in systems" and troubleshoot complex logic across interconnected platforms.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to negotiate with human stakeholders and clearly "instruct" AI agents.

We’re Also Looking For:

• Salesforce App Builder certification (a plus)
• Experience in a SaaS or high-growth environment
• Understanding of lead routing, account segmentation, and GTM processes
• Experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)

Salary Range: 

The base salary range for this role is $95,000.00- $125,000.00. This role also includes variable compensation.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of total compensation package that also includes benefits, and other opportunities at Dashlane. 

Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Dashlaners.  We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at Dashlane to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
