We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator with Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications to manage and optimize our multi-cloud Salesforce environment. This role will support multiple departments and business units across three Salesforce orgs, ensuring seamless functionality, scalability, and user adoption. The ideal candidate will own support tickets, manage project-related user stories, assist in larger initiatives, and independently lead small-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Administration & Configuration:
    • Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
    • Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules and workflows.
    • Utilize OOTB reporting and query capabilities to create insightful dashboards and reports that support data‑driven decision‑making across all levels of the organization.
    • Implement automation using Flow and other declarative tools.
  • Multi-Cloud Management:
    • Support and optimize integrations across Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, Pardot, and other Salesforce products.
    • Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple business units.
  • Support & Issue Resolution:
    • Own and resolve support tickets promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
    • Troubleshoot system issues and provide solutions aligned with best practices.
  • Project Participation & Ownership:
    • Collaborate on larger projects, assisting with configuration, testing, and deployment.
    • Independently manage small projects from requirements gathering through implementation.
    • Document changes and maintain clear records for compliance and audit purposes.
  • Deployment & Release Support
    • Support deployment activities across environments using ADO and Gearset, ensuring changes are properly tracked and aligned to release timelines.
    • Prepare and validate deployment packages, assist with metadata comparisons, and help resolve basic deployment issues.
    • Coordinate with the broader deployment team to ensure environments are ready and changes meet required quality checks.
    • Maintain light documentation such as change logs, release notes, and deployment checklists.
    • Assist with post‑deployment validation and help troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • User Enablement & Training:
    • Support training and guidance to end-users and department SMEs.
    • Host SME focused office hour sessions as the product owner
    • Support development and maintenance of user documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements.
    • Stay current with Salesforce releases and proactively implement new features.

Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator certification required.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in multi-cloud environments.
  • Proven experience supporting multiple departments and business units within a single Salesforce org.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data management, and automation tools.
  • Experience with managing tickets and project-related user stories in tools like ADO, Jira, or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
