Job Opportunity:
EVPassport is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to play a crucial role in developing and empowering our growing commercial revenue team. Reporting directly to the Director of People Operations and working closely with the EVP of Sales and Deployment, the Sales Trainer will be responsible for the full lifecycle of sales enablement, from onboarding new hires to continuously improving the skills and knowledge of our existing salesforce. This individual will design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs that align with our ambitious sales goals for 2025, specifically focused on EV charger sales across our IaaS and CapEx business models. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with a passion for sales excellence and the ability to translate business objectives into effective training initiatives.

Salary: $120,000-$160,000. Placement within this base salary range depends upon several factors, including prior relevant job experience and skill set.
