Role Overview

The Lead Sales Trainer is the face of our training and quality program — responsible for building, delivering, and maintaining world-class sales training systems. This role serves as the final filter for talent readiness, ensuring only the best appointment setters and closers are placed into campaigns.

You’ll partner closely with Recruiting, Client Success, and Operations to optimize team performance, uphold quality standards, and drive measurable results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, deliver, and oversee training programs for outbound sales reps (roofing, solar, home services)
  • Assess and certify appointment setters and closers before campaign placement
  • Collaborate with Recruiting and Client Success to align staffing with client performance needs
  • Design training playbooks, call scripts, SOPs, and QA frameworks
  • Conduct performance audits, call reviews, and feedback sessions
  • Manage training progress and project workflows using ClickUp
  • Build and document repeatable training systems and processes for scale
  • Continuously enhance LMS content (ProProfs) for effectiveness and engagement
  • Support company-wide initiatives around performance, culture, and quality

Requirements

  • Proven experience training or managing outbound call center teams (roofing, solar, or home services required)
  • Strong grasp of sales systems, rebuttals, appointment setting, and quality control
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms (ProProfs, Trainual, TalentLMS, etc.)
  • Experience using ClickUp or similar project management tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal, written, and live)
  • Ability to create and manage training documentation, SOPs, and scalable systems
  • LATAM based; comfortable working remotely with distributed teams
  • Strong organizational and project management skills

Compensation & Growth

  • $10/hourly base salary, with performance review after 60 days
  • Additional incentives tied to measurable performance impact
