Sales Traffic Operations Apprentice (6-months duration)

Job Summary In this role, you will support the Sales and PRS teams by ensuring accurate deal execution on MINT, coordinating with stakeholders and assisting in inventory monitoring to enable smooth sales operations. About the Team Entertainment Revenue Operations ensures smooth post-sales execution and efficient scheduling of shows and commercial inventory. The focus is on optimizing revenue, maximizing inventory utilization, and maintaining well-structured data. Timely and accurate reporting enables informed decision-making, ensures effective delivery of every advertiser campaign, and protects a seamless, high-quality viewer experience Key Responsibilities
  • Verify deal entries and upload Release Orders (RO’s) on MINT.
  • Maintain records, audit trails and daily logs (OnAir BMS).
  • Coordinate with Sales, PRS and agencies for amendments and corrections.
  • Monitor inventory as per FPC and flag underutilized spots.
  • Support spot bookings and priority deal fulfillment.
  • Reconcile previous day logs and assist with basic reporting.

  • Effective communication and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables within tight timelines.
  • Preferred Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in- Commerce, Business Administration, Media Management, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales operations, media traffic, scheduling, or coordination roles preferred.
  • Basic familiarity with broadcast/sales systems, inventory management, or reporting tools is an added advantage
