As Director of Sales, you’ll lead the Outbound Sales function to accelerate new customer acquisition across Latin America. This includes owning our outbound playbook, SDR/BDR team development, pipeline quality, and driving execution against ambitious revenue and ICP targets. You will work cross-functionally to design and deploy structured enablement programs, build a performance-driven culture, and continuously improve prospecting capabilities.
You’ll lead both direct and outsourced SDR/BDR teams across the region while collaborating closely with Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Product. Your success will be measured by new pipeline created, conversion to SQLs, quality of outreach, and ultimate revenue contribution from outbound motions.
