About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader - Food Chain to join our client's dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage strategic merchants to achieve revenue (GMV) goals and support the company’s growth strategy.
- Proactively approach new customers in the Food Chain/Hotel/School industry to expand the partner network.
- Maintain current customer data and expand monthly revenue. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Closely monitor the performance and business activities of assigned clients, providing regular reports and analysis.
- Receive and resolve negative feedback and issues to ensure customers receive the products with the highest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for strategic merchants.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve merchant performance and increase customer retention.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience sales B2B, especially with large food chains, F&B, or hospitality groups will be a big plus.
- Good English proficiency is required.
- Self-motivated and driven by targets, with a strong desire to deliver results.
- Basic skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Background in a Japanese company is a plus.
- Experience in the Food & Beverages (FMCG) industry is highly desirable.
