Your career as a Sales Team Lead for the upsell team at Booksy will give you the opportunity to drive the execution and results of our upselling initiatives. You will focus on driving the adoption of additional features within our existing and new SaaS provider customer base, helping our partners thrive by successfully integrating new products.

Working closely with the Senior Sales Manager, you’ll lead and mentor a Spain-based team of 5–10 Upselling Specialists. You'll be excited by the prospect of fostering a high-performance culture and taking responsibility for the results and professional development of your team members through active coaching and 1:1s.

What you’ll do:

  • You’ll lead and mentor a team of Individual Contributors, setting expectations and holding them accountable for high performance.
  • You’ll drive sales results independently while building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
  • You’ll analyze and optimize team performance by reviewing reports and customer data to identify new growth trends and opportunities.
  • You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with our Marketing, Product, and Ops teams to align on strategic decisions and escalate team needs.

Requirements

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…

  • Demonstrable, repeated experience and success in leading and motivating sales/upsell teams, ideally within a fast-paced Tech or SaaS environment.
  • Practical, hands-on experience using CRM tools, specifically Salesforce to track customer interactions and manage workflows.
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to use analytical tools to evaluate team performance and recommend corrective actions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire a team and influence senior leadership.
  • A proactive "Owner" mentality, with the drive to resolve conflicts, delegate effectively, and make informed decisions independently.
  • Fluency in English to work closely with global and cross-functional teams, combined with a high level of Spanish.
