Freddie’s Flowers was founded by Freddie Garland in October 2014 with the aim of changing people’s relationships with flowers in an ethical, and sustainable way. We want to challenge the view that flowers are for others or for special occasions, and so we offer a completely different experience to other flower businesses.

Our direct-to-consumer subscription model has been hugely successful in the UK and Germany. We secured significant investment and backing from The Craftory, a purpose-led global investment house, and are about to undertake a new spurt of growth and expansion.

The Role:

We are seeking a highly organised, energetic, and social individual to join the Sales Management Team at Freddie’s Flowers. This dynamic role involves overseeing the daily operational and administrative tasks of the face-to-face sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient shift management in collaboration with colleagues. Additionally, you will be supporting the Partnerships Coordinator in scouting and securing new pop-up locations to expand Freddie’s Flowers’ presence and sales opportunities.

Main Duties:

• Oversee the daily operational and administrative tasks of the sales team, ensuring shifts run seamlessly.
• Work closely with sales representatives, assigning locations, managing rotas, and ensuring all necessary materials are in place for a successful day of selling.

• Being a first point of contact for Brand Ambassadors.

• Researching and identifying new sales opportunities nationwide
• Documenting detailed analysis of each booking for future reference
• Providing support in designing eye-catching flower stands
• Assisting with logistics planning and setup/pack-down as required
• Keeping an eye on daily/monthly sales targets to understand the financial side
• Some weekend work will be required

Requirements

• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Highly organised and reliable
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Yes, yes, yes mentality, willing to muck in and help across the team
• Holds a full UK Clean Driving License (minimum 2 years) and is comfortable driving a van
