In this role, you will support internal stakeholders and manage a portfolio of assigned longtail customers, drive sales and engagement on our ordering platform tesaPRO. You will build a strong relationship with your customers and provide them with the best support to create win-win for both parties. You will participate in internal and external meetings with your key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

·         Take ownership and manage entire sales tasks of assigned customers following the sales strategy.

·         Ensure continuous effectiveness in customer management by means of tesaPRO.   

·         Onboard customers on tesaPRO.  

·         Act as 1st level tesaPRO support for customers.

·         Collect and maintain accurate customer data within the CRM system for assigned customer groups.

·         Build and maintain a project pipeline with new customer leads.

·         Act as a key partner to the sales team in coordinating and supporting activities such as launches and rollouts, customer-specific projects,

campaigns, promotional projects, exhibitions, and POS activities.

·         Support sales in responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing information, resolving issues, and coordinating

with relevant teams.

·         Assist sales with editing tenders and creating quotations.

·         Support sales with communication needs, manage contracts and customer conditions.

·         Manage customer marketing orders and budget.
