Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary Point of Contact: Answer incoming calls and engage with customers in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule quality appointments by clearly communicating expectations to the customer, including ensuring both decision-makers (e.g., husband and wife) are present for inspections when possible
  • Customer Follow-Ups: When not on calls, follow up with previous customers to check in, gather feedback, or re-engage.
  • CRM Engagement: Actively work within the CRM to update records, track leads, and pursue follow-up opportunities using stored emails and phone numbers.
  • Social Media Support: Assist with basic social media posting to help boost brand visibility and reach.
  • Sales Process Understanding: Apply strategic thinking to enhance the customer experience and support smoother sales conversions.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Able to think critically and solve problems independently
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred
  • Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound customer interactions
  • Spanish speaking is a bonus, but not required

  • Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. 
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard. 

Salary : $8-10/hr
