Sales Support Specialist (Chinese Speaker)

    • Follow approval of customers orders received, send order information to relevant departments,
    • Entering the sales orders based on the content provided by the sales team, preparing proformas and sending to customers, preparing dispatch note when products are ready and issuing the invoice within legal period,
    • Take an active role in the entry of sales opportunities from the Sales / Marketing team into the CRM system and updating the information,
    • Work in coordination with logistics and finance departments and send information about progress on orders to the sales team,
    • Listen to customer requests via phone and mail, direct them to the relevant team
    • To create and update the database, and to report,

Requirements

      • At least 3 years of work experience in Sales, Tele-Sales (preferably IT and distributor sector)
      • Can use CRM system
      • Ability to use Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) effectively,
      • Teamwork and responsible oriented,
      • Ability to work target oriented,
      • Strong communication skills,
      • Good command of Chinese and English in both written and verbal communication
      • Can speak fluently and effectively on the phone, with good diction,
      • Open to work from office.
