Sales Support Specialist - ATM Network

We are currently looking for a Sales Support Specialist to support our ATM Network Development team who would be responsible for

  • Handling company correspondence
  • Preparing / Creating contract drafts
  • Coordinate and administrate incoming and outgoing contracts
  • Coordination of site permits and related project management and follow ups
  • Administrating, coordinating and following up contract and other document signing procedure
  • Basic Account Management
  • Market research (including general segments and niche areas)
  • Creating visual representation of existing network for branding enhancements & for future deployment target sites
  • PO (procurement system) Management
  • Cooperating with ATM Group related to ATM site issues
  • Organizing documents /Scanning/ Posting / Archiving
  • Helping management in organizing company events
  • Weekly, monthly or other regular report reviews and performance management suggestions
  • Ad-hoc tasks related to ATM network
  • Supporting the Management with reports, summaries

Requirements

  • Higher education or professional training at Diploma level in Business Administration or similar discipline.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C
  • Strong English language skills (both verbal and written) and fluency in Hungarian
  • Power user level knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power point)
  • Results orientation and can-do mentality, business all-rounder.
  • Strong coordination, relationship management and communication skills.
  • Self-driven and prudent.
