Sales Support/ Quotations/ Costing Specialist - EU DMC

Sales Support will provide back-end support to sales by
1) Providing quotations as per requirements of travel agents
2) Helping Sales to pre-block rooms for Adhoc & Series Business
3) Coordinating with DO's for pre-quotation support.
4) Following up with Agents on Quotations

Knowledge & Skills:
• Strong communication (Written & Spoken) skills in English (Any European language proficiency preferred but not mandatory)
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (data analysis in Excel and reporting in PowerPoint)
• Planning and proactive work approach
• Hardworking and reliable
• Self-motivated and a good teamwork player
• Good negotiation skill
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail and accuracy

Experience and Qualifications:
• Relevant experience of 3 to 4 years in relevant role

• Good knowledge of destinations & service in Europe
• Experience of handling service reservations, customer support or product creation
