What’s the role about?

As Sales Support Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of the sales team, ensuring reps are equipped to focus on what they do best, building relationships and driving impact.

  • Provide administrative support to sales reps, including diary management, travel booking, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare and issue accurate customer quotations, following up to progress opportunities.
  • Compile and analyse sales reports to support performance tracking and forecasting.
  • Maintain CRM data and customer records, ensuring accuracy and insight.
  • Coordinate internal and customer meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support sales reps with day-to-day admin, travel, and meeting logistics.
  • Draft and format professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Track KPIs and assist with performance reporting as systems evolve.
  • Manage incoming communications and customer queries with professionalism.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy during HubSpot transition; Excel proficiency essential.
  • Anticipate team needs and resolve logistical challenges proactively.
  • Provide occasional cover for customer service and order processing.
