About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Strategy & Insights Analyst who can go beyond reporting to uncover insights that drive business decisions. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, business context, and the ability to partner with stakeholders to improve sales performance and revenue outcomes.

We are looking for candidates who have demonstrated experience influencing business decisions through data, not just supporting reporting needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Own analysis of sales funnel performance, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities across pipeline stages
  • Diagnose drivers of conversion, deal velocity, and revenue performance; recommend actionable improvements
  • Translate data into clear insights and influence sales strategy, planning, and decision-making
  • Partner with Sales, RevOps, and leadership to solve business problems using data
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses (segmentation, cohorts, trend analysis) to answer ambiguous business questions
  • Support forecasting and performance reviews with strong analytical rigor and business context

What This Role Is Not

This role goes beyond reporting. It is not limited to:

  • Exporting reports from CRM tools
  • Building basic dashboards
  • Sharing numbers without interpretation
  • Financial Planning & Analysis

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–6 years of experience in sales analytics, revenue analytics, or a similar role
  • Strong ability to move from data → insight → action, with examples of business impact
  • Solid understanding of sales funnel metrics, forecasting, and revenue drivers
  • Proficiency in  Salesforce, SQL, advanced Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
  • Structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven thinking
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly and influence cross-functional stakeholders

This is a full-time exempt role with a base salary plus benefits. A final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate's location, skill level and experience, and the Company's pay equity.
