Your next chapter starts here! 🪐 At Malt we believe that Ambition is the Way, so all lists of missions and responsibilities are non-exhaustive. Explore your future career 🔭 As our Sales Stack Product Manager, your goal is to maximize the productivity of our 170+ commercial members. You act as an internal consultant to define the best technologies (excluding Salesforce) to support the Sales Journey. You don't focus on the "clicks"; you focus on the ROI of our stack and the velocity of our sales funnel. Key responsibilities ✨
  • Stack Strategy & ROI (20%): You audit our current usage of tools like Lusha, Sales Navigator, Sales Engagement, Modjo. You decide which tools to keep, which to replace, and lead the negotiation with vendors. You ensure we have the best "Cost-per-Lead" and "Time-to-Meeting" ratios.
  • Sales Journey Design (40%): You are a key contributor with Commercial & Marketing Teams to design the "Perfect Sales Day”: partnering with our Tools Ops team to ensure that each tool in the Sales Stack is configured & used in the most efficient way, co-designing how a lead should move from Hubspot to an Opportunity, ensuring the process is frictionless and AI-augmented, co-designing how existing contacts should be nurtured.
  • Stack Enablement & Adoption (20%): Define the training and communication strategy for the existing sales stack & new releases. You ensure the 4 Field Sales Ops have the right materials to drive adoption in their teams. You are accountable for the adoption.
  • AI Transformation Lead (20%): You highly contribute to Malt’s transition to AI-powered selling. You identify high-impact use cases (e.g., auto-scoring leads, automated research, AI-generated email drafts) and oversee their implementation, measuring their impact on conversion rates. You also act as an AI champion for the Sales Operations Team.
  • About You 🧑‍🚀
  • Background: 5+ years in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or Management Consulting.
  • Business Architect: You have a vision for what a modern sales organization looks like. You think in terms of "Conversion Rates" and "Sales Velocity" rather than "Field Mapping."
  • Change Management Expert: You are excellent at convincing sales reps to change their habits and adopt new, smarter ways of working.
  • AI Enthusiast: You have a proven interest in generative AI and automation. Technical Expertise in AI & automation tools (N8N, Make, Clay…) is a plus.
  • Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable with data and KPIs. You know how to measure the success of a process improvement. You understand that "garbage in equals garbage out." You are obsessed with data quality and its impact on business reporting.
  • Stakeholder Management: You are excellent at navigating complex organizations. You can challenge a Managing Director and align multiple stakeholders with conflicting priorities.
  • Language: Fluent in English (French is a plus).
  • How to join the mission? 🚀
  • First call with Jeanne Vinot Préfontaine, our Talent Acquisition Specialist, to better understand your background, aspirations and answer any questions you may have. (30-45 minutes)
