Job Purpose
This new role is created to drive acquisition of greenfield outsourced call center opportunities, especially in the government and enterprise space. The sales specialist bridges client needs with outsource solutions to achieve client goals for digital transformation, process innovation, and business results. The candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding customer base in these highly strategic segments, navigating complex sales cycles and shaping tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
• Identify, qualify, and acquire new BPO outsourced call center opportunities in the government and enterprise segments. • Build and manage a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting, outreach, and qualification.
• Lead the full sales lifecycle — from discovery to proposal development and commercial closure.
• Develop solution-based value propositions in partnership with internal teams (e.g. Presales, Product, Legal).
• Drive stakeholder engagement across procurement, IT, and business to influence buying decisions.
• Provide accurate pipeline forecasts and meet or exceed annual sales quota.
Requirements
• A minimum of 5 years of robust experience in B2B sales is required, preferably gained within an outsourced call center BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) environment, where you have been actively involved in driving sales initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in establishing and effectively converting greenfield accounts is essential, showcasing your ability to identify and seize new business opportunities in uncharted markets.
• Familiarity with navigating the complexities of public sector procurement and tender processes is crucial, as this knowledge will allow you to efficiently manage bids and proposals in a highly regulated space.
• A strong understanding of the decision-making dynamics within both regional and global BPO landscapes is necessary, enabling you to engage with various stakeholders at multiple levels of an organization.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement and negotiation, along with a proven ability in solution-selling, are vital, as these capabilities will facilitate the development of strong relationships and the successful closure of deals.
