Role: Sales Specialist, Omnichannel Messaging
Location: Singapore
We are partnering with a leading telecom organization to hire a Sales Specialist, Omnichannel Messaging to drive adoption and revenue growth of omnichannel and CPaaS solutions across Government and Enterprise sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new logo acquisition and grow existing enterprise and government accounts
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for Omnichannel, RCS and SMS solutions
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Identify opportunities in authentication, fraud prevention, customer service and engagement use cases
- Help clients move from basic SMS to modern omnichannel workflows (SMS, WhatsApp, RCS)
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, working with internal teams and vendor partners
- Influence key stakeholders across business, IT and procurement
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in CPaaS, MarTech or telecom
- Strong track record in closing large enterprise deals and growing key accounts
- Experience managing long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Exposure to public sector procurement and tender processes
- Good understanding of CPaaS and messaging ecosystem
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven, resilient and results-oriented
