Sales Specialist

Our Customer Operations team provide the “human” layer across the business and assists our support provider to succeed. 

Key Accountabilities

  • Communicate with potential support providers regularly through a variety of channels – inbound and outbound warm calling, email, live chat, and SMS
  • Ensure support providers seeking help have all the tools they need to get started in our community
  • Not only answer queries from potential support providers trying to get approval on the platform - but proactively anticipate the next three questions and nudge them through the approval funnel process
  • Complete outbound calls to new and approved support providers to establish relationships early in their journey
  • Introduce new approved support providers to the platform with Getting Started sessions and 1:1 consultations to help them get started with gaining clients and maximise their potential on the platform
  • Educate providers on the platform with payment terms, searching for work, agreements, support hours
  • Work with your colleagues to solve complex support provider queries
  • Collaborate with colleagues to effectively manage call volumes, emails, live chat and SF tasks in line with the SLA
  • Deliver standard service excellence that is in line with our code of conduct and company values
  • Adhere to all company procedures, values and policies so that you provide an accurate representation of the company to all potential support providers
  • Ensure thorough and accurate record keeping in Salesforce
  • Undertake other duties and responsibilities as required
