On daily basis, you will 

  • Respond to travel inquiries and guide customers through the booking process.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Follow up with potential travelers quickly and thoroughly.
  • Use our tools and templates to create travel offers and handle requests efficiently.
  • Communicate with travelers by email and phone in a helpful and friendly manner.
  • Use AI tools to save time and improve how you work.
  • Share ideas and insights with the rest of the team.
  • Stay informed about our destinations so you can answer questions confidently.

The basics you bring along 

  • At least 2 years of sales experience with strong and proven results.
  • You enjoy helping people make decisions and are motivated by goals.
  • You stay calm and focused, even on busy days.
  • You use digital tools to work smarter, not harder – and are open to new ones.
  • You’re a team player and communicate clearly and respectfully.
  • You speak and write either German or French fluently, and are confident in English as well.
  • You are flexible to travel at least once or twice a year.
  • You are available to work 8 hours per day between 8AM and 8PM, Central European Time (CET).

You can impress us even more with

  • Experience in the travel industry.
  • Familiarity with digital tools like CRMs or booking platforms.
  • Experience working with different types of clients.
