Sales Specialist

Identify and approach potential restaurant partners through cold calls, field visits, and networking while negotiating and closing partnership deals in a fast-paced environment.

We’re looking for a Direct Sales Specialist to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to restaurants, presenting our platform, and finalizing partnership agreements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, negotiating deals, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential restaurant partners through cold calls, field visits, and networking.

  • Present elmenus’ services, showcasing how we can help restaurants increase orders and revenue.

  • Negotiate terms and close partnership deals with restaurant owners and managers.

  • Follow up with prospects to ensure timely deal closure.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress in the CRM system.

  • Coordinate with onboarding and account management teams to ensure a smooth partner experience.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in direct sales or customer acquisition (F&B experience is a plus).

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.

  • Comfortable with field work and meeting clients in person.

  • Bachelor’s degree.
