We are looking for an experienced Sales Specialist with a strong understanding of end-to-end digital marketing services and a proven ability to sell these offerings to clients. Job Responsibilities: 

  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, preferably with experience in international markets
  • Sell a wide range of digital marketing services, including but not limited to: SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO), Performance Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads), Social Media Marketing & Management, Content Marketing, Graphic Designing, PPC
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead qualification, discovery calls, solutioning, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Understand client business goals and recommend the most suitable digital marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing, strategy, and delivery teams to ensure accurate scoping and smooth handovers.
  • Prepare customized proposals, pricing, and presentations based on client requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Track leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM tools.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platforms, and digital best practices.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales/business development within a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong hands-on understanding of all major digital marketing channels.
  • Proven track record of selling digital marketing services and meeting revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to confidently conduct discovery and solutioning conversations with clients.
  • Experience working with mid-market and enterprise clients is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced agency environment.
