Sales Solutions Specialist
TLDR
Lead technical onboarding and implementation of CallRail's groundbreaking Voice Assist product while ensuring customer satisfaction and project success.
The Position
What You'll Do
- Lead the technical onboarding and implementation of CallRail’s Voice Assist product, including AI prompting strategies, integrations, call flows, and customized setups
- Serve as a primary technical contact, troubleshooting and resolving Voice Assist related customer issues for new and prospective customers
- Proactively identify and execute the necessary actions to ensure customer satisfaction and success with CallRail’s AI Voice Agent
- Drive adoption and retention by articulating the value of the Voice Assist product to customers, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring customers achieve measurable outcomes that reinforce continued use
- Partner with account executives and account managers to understand client objectives and tailor solutions that align with business goals and seamlessly continue value selling conversations
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback on technical blockers and inform future enhancements
What You'll Need
- 3–5 years of experience in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Implementation, or Customer Success role
- You possess hands-on experience with APIs, CRMs, automation tools, and SaaS architecture
- You have experience or deep interest in AI/ML technologies and prompt engineering.
- You excel in clear, effective communication and can comfortably manage both internal and external stakeholder expectations
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with attention to detail and a focus on delivering value.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a passion for innovation and customer success.
- Background in AI, NLP, or data analytics solutions
- Experience in the martech or call analytics industry
- Experience working with or selling to digital marketing agencies
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools

This position is based out of our Atlanta office and will require that you come into the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
