About the Role

We are hiring a proactive and well-rounded Virtual Assistant to support social media, outreach, sales activities, client onboarding, and project coordination. This role requires excellent communication, strong problem-solving skills, and confidence in using tech tools and AI.


Key Responsibilities

  • Social media posting, engagement, and messaging outreach
  • Outbound outreach to prospects and responding to inbound inquiries
  • Assist with sales support, appointment setting, and call coordination
  • Monitor project/task status, complete tasks directly, and assign to the POD when needed
  • Support client onboarding and customer service needs
  • Coordinate Voice AI setup with vendors
  • Work inside GoHighLevel (L9 builds, calendar integration, app/questions setup)
  • Use AI tools, including ChatGPT, for content, messaging, and workflows


Qualifications

  • Experience as a VA, Sales Support, or Project Coordinator
  • Social media and outreach experience
  • Strong English communication (written and verbal)
  • Excellent organization and problem-solving
  • Experience with GoHighLevel preferred
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar tools
  • Bonus: knowledge of N8n (not required)


Nice to Have

  • Experience coordinating with tech or AI vendors
  • Background in sales or client onboarding
Salary
$5 – $7 per hour
