We are hiring a Sales Senior Director who will be a senior executive leader responsible for global enterprise revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic customer partnerships for LXT’s AI training data and generative AI services. This role owns the commercialization of complex, multi-year enterprise programs spanning data collection, annotation, evaluation, RLHF, multimodal datasets, and secure AI data operations.
Reporting directly to the VP of Growth, the Sales Senior Director is the senior-most operational leader of the sales organization, with full accountability for enterprise sales execution. The role translates corporate growth strategy into scalable revenue, predictable pipeline performance, and long-term enterprise partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Revenue & Growth Ownership
- Own global enterprise revenue performance for LXT’s AI training data and generative AI services.
- Drive multi-year growth across Fortune 500, hyperscalers, AI-native companies, and advanced ML teams.
- Define and execute long-range revenue strategies across modalities (text, audio, image, video) and service lines (collection, annotation, evaluation, RLHF).
- Establish rigorous sales governance frameworks (forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, deal qualification, execution cadence).
- Partner closely with the VP of Growth, CFO, and Finance on revenue predictability, margin management, and growth planning.
Executive Enterprise Discovery & Market Shaping
- Lead C-suite, VP-level, and Head of AI discovery conversations, positioning LXT as a strategic AI data advisor.

Guide enterprise customers through AI data strategy discussions including:
- Model training and fine-tuning data
- RLHF and generative AI evaluation
- Multimodal data pipelines
- Data quality, bias mitigation, and compliance
- Shape market narratives around responsible AI, scalable human-in-the-loop systems, and production-ready data pipelines.
- Anticipate emerging AI data needs before formal demand materializes.
Solution Strategy & Value Leadership
- Own LXT’s enterprise value proposition, ensuring clear articulation of ROI, speed-to-model, quality, and risk mitigation.
- Lead solution strategy for large-scale, multi-workstream AI data programs.
- Influence product, tooling, and operational roadmaps by channeling structured enterprise feedback.
- Deliver executive and board-level business cases supporting long-term AI investments.
- Ensure commercial and pricing models support long-term partnerships, expansion, and recurring revenue, not transactional projects.
Complex Deal Leadership & Commercial Governance
- Own global strategy for large, multi-year enterprise AI data engagements, including MSAs, SOWs, renewals, and expansions.
- Navigate sophisticated procurement, security, privacy, and regulatory environments across geographies.
- Establish deal governance forums with Legal, Finance, Security, Operations, and Executive Sponsors.
- Lead competitive positioning against global AI data providers, BPOs, and platform-native competitors.
- Ensure LXT is positioned as a strategic AI data partner.
Industry Presence & Brand Authority
- Represent LXT as a senior voice at global AI, GenAI, and enterprise ML forums.
- Build executive networks across hyperscalers, Fortune 500 enterprises, and AI-first organizations.
- Lead senior-level outbound motions into strategic AI teams and innovation hubs.
- Elevate LXT’s brand through keynotes, advisory councils, partnerships, and executive media engagement.
Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Expansion
- Design and own multi-year strategic alliance strategies with hyperscalers, model builders, platforms, and system integrators.
- Drive joint go-to-market motions around GenAI, RLHF, evaluation, and enterprise-scale data programs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to partner executives and enterprise boards.
- Oversee renewals, upsells, and expansions to maximize lifetime account value.
Organizational Leadership & Talent Development
- Build, scale, and lead a high-performing global enterprise sales organization.
- Coach leaders on complex AI solution selling, deal strategy, and executive negotiation.
- Institutionalize best practices across CRM discipline, forecasting accuracy, and execution rigor.
- Own succession planning and leadership readiness within the sales organization.
- Champion a culture of accountability, strategic thinking, and continuous improvement.
Strategic Insight & Corporate Influence
- Stay ahead of trends in generative AI, AI regulation, data governance, and enterprise adoption patterns.
- Provide executive-level field intelligence to guide corporate strategy and investment.
- Lead competitive benchmarking across AI training data, RLHF, and evaluation services.
- Continuously evolve enterprise sales methodologies to match AI buying behaviors and long procurement cycles.
Additional Executive Responsibilities
- Global P&L accountability for enterprise sales.
- Board- and SLT-level reporting on revenue performance, pipeline health, and market expansion.
- Cross-functional leadership across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Security.
- Risk ownership for enterprise contracts, compliance, and geopolitical exposure.
- Sponsor enterprise co-innovation programs with strategic AI customers.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA strongly preferred.
- 12–18 years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in AI, data services, SaaS, or complex managed services.
- Proven success closing large, multi-year AI or data-driven enterprise agreements.
