Sales/Revenue Operations Manager

TLDR

Drive predictable growth and productivity by managing GTM tech stack and improving revenue operations for Northern Europe sales teams.

Your mission

  • Administer and develop the GTM tech stack, including CRM, CPQ, workflows, dashboards, integrations, and data accuracy
  • Provide operational support to Northern Europe sales teams, including:
    • Targeting prospecting activities with data driven ICP
    • Partner management
    • Quote and contracting support
    • Sales onboarding coordination
  • Own our master data including customers, partners, prospects, contacts, campaigns with continuous emphasis on improving data hygiene
  • Support lead and deal pipeline management, including pipeline reviews and forecasting cadence
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and execute process improvements across all revenue flows
  • Act as a key partner to Sales, Finance, and other GTM stakeholders to ensure smooth commercial operations
  • First experience in using AI at work

Your profile

  • At least Bachelor degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in salescustomer success, operations, analyst or a similar role in a SaaS or technology company
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and one of the following:
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and enjoy taking a hands-on approach to our operations
  • Understanding of Tech/SaaS -business and motivation to manage technologies supporting our GTM (including CRM, CPQ, marketing and BI-tools)
  • Able to work at least part-time on-site at a Matrix42 Espoo or Stockholm offices
