Sales/ Revenue Enablement Manager (f/m/d)

AI overview

Turn plancraft’s global enablement strategy into high-quality operational delivery, improving training and onboarding processes for Sales, CS, and Marketing teams.

OUR PURPOSE AT PLANCRAFT

Building the backbone of European trades – together, with modern software and smart AI solutions.
We don’t just develop software – we’re on a mission to give tradespeople and contractors more room to focus on what matters. We do this by providing a practical SaaS solution that works the way they do: fast, efficient, and without unnecessary administrative overhead. Supported by smart AI features exactly where they make a real difference in everyday work.
Backed by Tier 1 investors from Europe and the US such as Headline and Creandum, and with more than 20,000 craftspeople as our customer base, we are scaling across Europe to turn individual, scattered businesses into connected and successful communities.
We believe in zero admin, not zero personality – and we build every feature with the people wearing safety boots in mind, not suits. We’re excited to shape the future together as a team, staying grounded in our mission to empower the builders and makers of tomorrow.

YOUR MISSION AT PLANCRAFT

As a Sales/ Revenue Enablement Manager (f/m/d), you turn plancraft’s global enablement strategy into high-quality operational delivery for the GTM team. You execute, localise and continuously improve our enablement programs so that Sales, CS and Marketing teams ramp quickly, work with consistent standards, and have just-in-time guidance for every stage of the customer journey.

You work in close partnership with the Senior Revenue Enablement Manager and GTM leadership, translating strategic direction into concrete onboarding journeys, training formats and content assets that help our revenue teams win and retain customers at scale.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own the operational execution of all enablement programs, ensuring Sales and CS teams receive clear, relevant and timely training, playbooks and content.
  • Maintain, update and continuously improve onboarding journeys for Sales and CS to reduce ramp time and ensure consistent quality.
  • Translate global enablement strategy into concrete training programs and recurring formats.
  • Adapt global enablement assets to the market (language, messaging, regulations, customer expectations) to drive local relevance and adoption.
  • Create and refine enablement content: talk tracks, templates, call scripts, email sequences, objection handling, competitive insights and best practices.
  • Operate and improve the GTM enablement hub so GTM teams can instantly find accurate, up-to-date content as a single source of truth.
  • Deliver recurring enablement sessions (skills trainings, product updates, process refreshers) for GTM teams, ensuring high engagement and clear takeaways.
  • Collect structured feedback from Sales, CS and Marketing and turn insights into concrete improvements to onboarding, training and content.
  • Support GTM leaders and the Senior Enablement Manager with enablement insights (participation, completion, certification and content adoption rates) and recommendations.
  • Execute AI- and automation-based enablement workflows (just-in-time coaching prompts, AI-generated templates, automated summaries) to give reps practical support in their daily work.
  • Document and scale successful sales and CS practices from top-performing reps to uplift overall team performance.
  • Ensure alignment between global enablement standards and regional execution by collaborating closely with the Senior Enablement Manager and RevOps team.
