Sales Representatives

Responsibilities

  • Setting up a daily schedule of visits to the customers’ network and achieving qualitative and quantitative goals according to the sales targets.
  • Achieves volume per category sales objectives and product distribution.
  • Identify and analyze market needs and trends and become aligned with the customers.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers by implementing a value-added strategy in their business.
  • Attend sales department meetings to become updated on goals, new products and promotions.
  • Collaborate with all related company departments to ensure alignment and efficiency in sales strategy.

Requirements

  • Average 2 years experience in sales within the FMCG industry.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field will be considered an asset.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ERP & CRM programs.
  • Ability to design and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Very good organization and time management skills.
  • Commercial Acumen.
