We are looking for a motivated and driven sales professional who wants to actively build market presence and win new business in Switzerland.

In this role, you are a true hunter. You proactively identify and target new hospital accounts, generate qualified opportunities and convert them into installations. You take ownership of your territory, manage your pipeline with discipline and consistently work towards achieving and exceeding your sales targets.

You work closely with the Clinical Sales Team to ensure strong activation and adoption at new sites. You collaborate cross-functionally but remain fully accountable for driving commercial growth in your region.

You are comfortable approaching C-level stakeholders as well as surgeons and procurement teams. You thrive in competitive environments, enjoy opening doors and closing deals, and are motivated by measurable success and growth

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify, target and win new hospital accounts within the assigned territory

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and stakeholder mapping to negotiation and closing

• Build and maintain a strong, qualified pipeline with disciplined CRM management - Salesforce

• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Sales Team to ensure successful site activation and adoption

• Deliver defined sales and installation targets while continuously expanding market penetration

• Work closely with Clinical support team, overseeing growth strategy of existing customer base

• Attend relevant industry conferences, congresses, and events to promote the Dexter Robot

• Conduct demonstrations and presentations of the Dexter Robot, showcasing its capabilities and benefits to physicians and operating room persons.

Requirements

Work Experience and Education requirements:

• University degree is an advantage

• Previous experience in medtech sales is a strong plus as well as Experience in capital equipment, robotics or service-based selling

• Ability to build relationships with surgeons, hospital management and procurement stakeholders

• Strong closing skills with the ability to move opportunities from prospecting to contract signature

• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales processes within hospital environments

• Solid understanding of the healthcare market and competitive landscape

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills when aligning different professional groups (clinical, IT, management)

• Experience working effectively within cross-functional and multicultural teams

• Languages: Fluent in German and English. French is a strong Plus
