Your Role
As a Small Business (SB) Sales Representative, you’ll help prospective customers get started with Dialpad and set them up for long-term success. You’ll do this by actively listening to customer needs, understanding their challenges, and clearly connecting those needs to how Dialpad uniquely solves them.
You’ll play a key role in growing and retaining our small business customer base by delivering an engaging, high-touch experience from a customer’s very first interaction with Dialpad. Leveraging strong problem-solving skills and a genuine desire to help others, you’ll guide customers through their initial setup and ensure a seamless start to their journey.
The SB Sales team is a critical part of Dialpad’s Sales organization, partnering closely with Marketing, Support, and cross-functional Sales teams to continuously improve the end-to-end customer experience.
This role reports to the Manager, SB Sales and is based in our Pasig City, Metro Manila office.
