Sales Representative (Education Sector) - Polish market

TLDR

In this role, you will proactively identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities for Education products. If you are passionate about sales and eager to grow in a fast‑paced environment, this could be an excellent opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Research and build a strong pipeline of potential education-sector clients aligned with our ideal customer profile.
  • Outbound/Inbound Prospecting: Engage prospects through scheduled calls, cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to spark conversations and generate interest.
  • Qualification & Discovery: Ask targeted questions to understand client needs, challenges, and alignment with our solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our client and internal teams to understand product offerings and provide insights to improve lead‑generation strategies.
  • CRM Management: Accurately update lead information in Salesforce and other systems to ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team.
  • Performance: Stay organized, coachable, and consistent in executing tasks such as following cadences, updating Salesforce, and returning prospect calls.
  • Sales Qualification: Manage the full qualification process, including assessing prospects (BANT, ANUM, or similar), converting them into opportunities, and routing them to the appropriate sales channel.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Native-level Polish and proficient English
  • 2+ years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or outbound sales
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and productivity platforms such as Google Workspace

  • Direct experience or strong familiarity with the Education sector
  • High motivation and energy in a results‑driven environment
  • Resilience and the ability to recover quickly from setbacks
  • Passion for technology
