Mellon Technologies, a member of the Mellon Group of Companies, is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales/Product Manager to join the Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, promotion, and management of the company's solutions and products, actively contributing to the achievement of commercial targets and the expansion of the customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the company’s product and service portfolio.
  • Promote solutions to existing and new clients, aiming to increase sales.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis, identify opportunities, and propose new products.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, IT, Operations) on product design and improvement.
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare reports regarding sales performance.
  • Perform budgeting and forecast revisions for the product portfolio under responsibility.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and build long-term business relationships.

Requirements

  • University degree  in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or as a Product Manager, preferably in a technology environment.
  • Good knowledge of the technology solutions or payment systems market will be considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, team spirit, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Very good command of English and proficiency in MS Office.
