About Toradex & Torizon Cloud
Toradex helps customers build embedded products faster with System on Modules and a strong software ecosystem. Torizon Cloud is part of our platform strategy—supporting device lifecycle management and secure operations for embedded Linux devices.
Your mission
As a Sales Operations Intern, you’ll help the Torizon Cloud Sales team run with speed and precision. Your focus will be improving how we handle leads and opportunities, increasing data quality, and building reporting automation so the team can make better decisions with less manual effort.
What you’ll do

Optimize lead & opportunity flow: review current processes, identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and help implement changes

CRM hygiene & process consistency: help ensure leads/opportunities are created, updated, and progressed correctly

Reporting & automation: build and automate dashboards and recurring reports (pipeline, conversion rates, lead sources, velocity, sales forecasting, etc.)

Data analysis: spot anomalies, trends, and gaps; translate findings into actionable recommendations

Documentation: create simple, structured process documentation (SOPs), definitions, and checklists

Cross-functional support (optional): contribute to Marketing Ops initiatives such as lead scoring, campaign attribution, lifecycle stages, and data enrichment
What we’re looking for
- Currently studying in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, or similar)

Highly structured and organized—you enjoy clean systems and clear definitions
- Strong logical, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with data (Excel/Google Sheets; bonus if you like building models)
- Interest in automation; programming/algorithms experience is a strong plus (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar)
- Clear communication and ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders
- English proficiency (written and spoken) is important in a global team environment
Nice-to-haves (you can also learn on the job)

HubSpot experience (CRM, pipelines, workflows, reporting)

Power BI experience (dashboards, data modeling)
- Familiarity with CRM concepts (lifecycle stages, lead scoring, attribution, pipeline management)
