We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Sales Operations Trainer to join our team based in Lidcombe on a full-time basis. As the Sales Operations Trainer, you will be the bridge between our technical sales systems and our sales teams. Your mission is to ensure every Sales Representative and Account Manager in the region is an expert in our sales process, our inhouse CRM, and operational tools and dashboards. You will turn data-driven strategies into actionable training programs that drive efficiency and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & Training: Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding for new sales hires, focusing on our inhouse CRM usage, lead management, and pricing tools.
  • Process Optimisation: Identify gaps in the current sales workflow and develop training interventions to improve "speed-to-lead" and conversion rates.
  • Content Creation: Build engaging training materials, including "How-To" guides, video tutorials, and interactive workshops tailored to the sales environment.
  • Performance Coaching: Conduct regular "pulse checks" and shadow sessions with sales staff to ensure best practices are being applied in Sales related scenarios.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Ops Manager, National Sales Trainer and Regional Sales Managers to align training with quarterly commercial goals.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Experience: 3+ years in Sales Operations, Sales Training, or a Senior Sales role within a service-based industry.
  • Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (experience with Salesforce or similar is highly regarded) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Communication: A natural storyteller who can take complex operational data and make it simple, relatable, and actionable.
  • Location: Ability to work out of our Lidcombe office with occasional travel to other regional branches as required.
